Christ Community Preschool opened its doors in August of 2003 with 38 children enrolled in 4 classes. We now have 8 classes with 82 children.
Mission
Our mission at Christ Community Preschool is to provide an organized Christian learning environment for children which promotes learning, cooperation, socialization, and a fun positive first school experience through a wide variety of fun and educational activities.
Curriculum
While understanding that children develop best through activities that capture their interest, we provide them with faith based and theme-related developmentally appropriate activities. These activities are presented through daily devotions, circle time, crafts, stories, science, math, cooking, snack, music, and field trips. The children learn to make discoveries, solve problems, and think independently while being allowed to learn at their own pace.
Registration
Registration for the 2009 - 2010 school year began on January 26, 2009 for families of children who had been enrolled in the preschool. On February 2, 2009, it opened to church members, and on February 11, 2009, registration opened to the public. There are currently a few openings in the 4 year old classes
In order to reserve a spot for your child, a $30 registration fee must accompany the completed registration form.
We apply the same age requirements as the North Carolina public schools. All children must reach the class age level by August 31.
Registration for the 2010 - 2011 school year will begin on February 1, 2010 for families of children who have been enrolled in the preschool. On February 8, 2010, it will open to church members, and on February 15, 2010, registration will open to the public.
If there is no school on February 1, registration will begin on February 2.

2 day T/Th - $100/mo - must be 2 by 8/31/09
2 day M/W - $100/mo - must be 2 by 8/31/09
3 year old classes
2 day T/Th - $100/mo - must be 3 by 8/31/09
3 day M/W/F - $130/mo - must be 3 by 8/31/09
4 year old classes
3 day M/W/F - $130/mo - must be 4 by 8/31/09
5 day M/T/W/Th/F - $190/mo - must be 4 by 8/31/09
All classes are from 9:00 am - noon.

2 day T/Th - $100/mo - must be 4 by 8/31/10
3 day M/W/F - $130/mo - must be 4 by 8/31/10
If there is enough interest, we will add a 5 day per week class. - $200/mo - must be 4 by 8/31/10
All classes are from 9:00 am - noon.
One time fees for 2010 - 2011
3 and 4 year old classes - craft fee - $50
